For the future, I plan to work closely with other colleagues for a number of outcomes: * Further improving Polkadot economics, by reducing the ongoing cost of the protocol, through DAP mechanisms and adjustments to the validator set, and the coretime market, and [metanode](https://forum.polkadot.network/t/metanode-early-thinking-on-consolidating-node-services/18689). * Supervising the completion of the price oracle of the newly launched dotUSD * Given my familiarity with PoP, ensuring the infrastructure of this system is safely and correctly deployed on Polkadot and usably by the Polkadot App, or other alternatives. ## Salary In-line with the new directive of the fellowship, I have stopped collecting my fellowship salary and continue to do so unless if a change of rules happens, as I am employed full time by Parity Technologies. ## Voting record My voting participation rate can be seen in [this page](https://collectives.subsquare.io/user/1eTPAR2TuqLyidmPT9rMmuycHVm9s9czu78sePqg2KHMDrE/fellowship), and has been consistently about 95% in previous reporting periods.
