## Argument

### RegionX Maintenance

Throughout this period, I have continued to actively maintain [RegionX](https://hub.regionx.tech/), the primary Coretime management application in the Polkadot ecosystem. RegionX remains the go-to interface for teams and projects to manage their Coretime allocations.

### Joining Parity

In March, I joined Parity's runtime team. Since joining, I have started working on the following:

- **Pallet Broker Refactoring & RFC-17 Implementation**: Currently working on refactoring `pallet-broker` and implementing RFC-17: [polkadot-sdk#11351](https://github.com/paritytech/polkadot-sdk/pull/11351).
- **On-Demand Pricing**: Initiated a discussion about a potential new pricing model for on-demand Coretime that is tied to bulk Coretime prices.
